The Arch-Curate Jeff is the spokesperson of the United Church of Latter-Day Jeffs. Born and raised by the entirety of the Church of Jeff, the Arch-Curate was chosen to be its spokesperson to the world at large due to his rapid absorption of the various words of Jeff the church has accumulated over the years. His favorites being The Big Lebowski (painstakingly transcribed by Jeffist Monks) and The Fly (1986 version, also painstakingly transcribed) from which he learned the most important lessons in life. Those lessons being that one should always strive to be laid-back and that matter transporters are always bad ideas, unless of course being transformed into a giant sack of pain-stricken pus is one of your life goals.
The Arch-Curate’s days consist of traveling to local regions and attempting to spread the world of Jeffs around the world. His position however prevents him from traveling too far from the Church however, as without him around, the others are not as good at answering questions about the faith and also don’t know how to get the DVD player to not skip scenes. Though he faces adversity, mainly in the form of people telling him to go away, though he does occasionally gets held hostage by various bandits, at least until they find out he hasn’t got any money or just genuinely learn that they like the guy. His boyish optimism is infectious to say the least and in this used-up world of ours, it can be very refreshing to meet someone like that.
